Gizmos are online simulations that power inquiry and understanding in math and science. They are designed to enhance the classroom experience and improve student outcomes.
To access Gizmos, login via the SSO
Each campus has a specific code and licenses. You should have received an email with this information from the Secondary Science Coordinator.

Select on the the icon in the top right corner of the screen
Select My profile and edit your settings. Then, select Update to Save.
Select What I Teach and update. Then, select Update to Save.
Create a class in two easy steps:
Create a new class by selecting Add Class from the Teacher Dashboard.
Enter the Class Name and add any Additional Teachers for access.
From your Dashboard, select Manage Students from the top right. At the top right of your roster select the Add Students icon. There are multiple ways to add students - Please see the two options below or on this Help Guide.
Select Class From the Drop-Down Menu
If this is a NEW class, select Add Class at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
If this is an EXISTING class, select the class from the drop-down menu.
Select the class in which you wish to enroll students.
On the right hand side of the page, click on the code to display a large overlay of the class enrollment code and access the printable “Student Enrollment Handout" if needed!
Select Import Students from File. Download Sample CSV file (Select Help to download a sample CSV File)
Upload completed CSV file and be sure to keep headings the same
Please Note: When importing or adding students, ensure you are using the correct Student ID so that the data follows the student across products.
Click on the class for which you wish to view assessment results.
Scroll down to the Gizmo in which your students completed the assessment and click on the Bar Graph icon.
For an individual student report, click on the student’s name.
