Classlink

What is it?

ClassLink is our single sign-on portal that effectively addresses the issue of password overload. ClassLink provides students and staff with access to all of our educational apps, resources, and files with just one password, from any device equipped with a web browser.

Quick Tips

When you use your username and password to sign-in to our portal, you will see your "My Apps" page, where all your online resources are located. In most cases, your username and password are embedded, meaning you can log in with a single click. Since your usernames and passwords for all your applications are saved, you don't need to remember them each time you log in to the app.

In other cases, a slick little tool called a Password Locker prompts you to enter your username and password  the first time you log in to that app on the portal. Then, the locker stores the credentials so you don't have to enter them again.  This is just one of the many reasons we love using ClassLink.

Personalize your page by clicking the paper and pencil icon at the top of your My Apps page to access Edit Mode. In edit mode, you can change your theme, app size, font style, palette, and add folders or custom wallpaper. In Edit mode, you can also rearrange the apps by dragging them to a new location on your page.

Save yourself some time by storing your most-used apps in your Favorites bar at the bottom of your My Apps page.

This makes locating frequently used classroom apps easy for students and teachers alike.

Class QuickCards (For PK-2nd Grade)

Teachers

Classroom teachers (PK-2) can utilize the ClassLink QuickCards.  The QuickCards generate a QR code that students can use to log in to their Chromebooks.

***It is important to note, that students MUST LOG IN MANUALLY FIRST before their QuickCard will become available to print.

Students

On the ClassLink Sign on page, students will click on the blue "Sign in with QuickCard" button.

The pop up window will open and activate the device's camera.

Students present their QuickCard to the camera to scan the code.

Once the card is scanned, it will log in the student to their My Apps page.

***Students must allow the camera when prompted in order to use this feature.  If a student "blocks" their camera from operating, they will need to click on the URL bar and grant the camera permission in order for this to function properly.
