ClassLink is our single sign-on portal that effectively addresses the issue of password overload. ClassLink provides students and staff with access to all of our educational apps, resources, and files with just one password, from any device equipped with a web browser.
Easy Access with ClassLink
ClassLink makes logging in simple. The first time you open an app, you may be asked to enter your username and password. After that, the Password Locker securely saves your information, so you can log in with just one click.
When you sign in, you’ll land on your My Apps page, where all your digital resources are in one place—no need to remember multiple passwords.
You can also personalize your experience by clicking the edit (paper and pencil) icon. From there, you can change your theme, adjust app sizes, choose fonts and colors, create folders, add a custom background, and rearrange your apps however you like.
To stay organized, consider grouping less-used apps into a single folder. This helps keep your page clean and makes it easier to find what you need quickly.
PK–2 classroom teachers can use ClassLink QuickCards to make student logins quick and easy. QuickCards create QR codes that students scan to sign in to their Chromebooks.
To get started, open your Single Sign-On (SSO) page and select the Class QuickCards icon. You’ll see a list of your assigned classes. Click the green “QuickCard” button next to the class you want, and your QR codes will be generated and ready to print.
***It is important to note, that students MUST LOG IN MANUALLY FIRST before their QuickCard will become available to print.***
Students: Logging in with QuickCards
On the ClassLink sign-in page, students click the blue “Sign in with QuickCard” button. A pop-up window will open and activate the device’s camera.
Students simply hold their QuickCard up to the camera to scan it. Once scanned, they will be automatically signed in and taken to their My Apps page.
**Important: Students must allow camera access when prompted. If camera access is blocked, click the URL bar and enable camera permissions for QuickCard login to work properly.**
