Snack sign up for August (please read)

Thank you for supporting our classroom! This sign-up is for two parents each week to provide enough snacks for the entire class. Some students may not be able to bring a snack from home each day, so your generosity helps ensure every child has something to enjoy during our daily snack time.

We will have a dedicated snack break every day, and your contributions make a big difference!

Important reminders:

Please no snacks with nuts, as we want to be mindful of potential allergies.
Individually wrapped or easy-to-serve items are especially helpful.
Please provide enough for the whole class (about 24 students).

About Me

Hello everyone!

I’m so excited to be teaching 3rd grade ELAR this year at Savannah Elementary! While this is my first year teaching ELAR, I’ve spent previous years teaching 3rd grade Math, and this marks my fourth year in education overall. I’ve also had the joy of working with 1st and 2nd grade students, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on elementary learning and development.

I’m passionate about creating a classroom where every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to learn. I believe in advocating for each child and ensuring that every student receives a fair, engaging, and enriching educational experience.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking, and spending quality time with my children and family. These experiences help me stay energized and bring fresh ideas into the classroom.

I can't wait to kick off this school year and see all the amazing things your children will accomplish. It’s going to be a fantastic year!
