The Pantheon is an Imperial Roman structure located in Rome, Italy.
Its construction started in 118 A.D. and was completed around 126-128 A.D. by Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa who was a Roman general, statesman, and architect who had good standing with the emperors.
It was commissioned by the Roman Emperor Hadrian.
It was the largest and tallest building in Rome when it was created.

It was a beacon of hope for Romans, as it was used as a temple to the gods.
It had a window at the top of its massive dome so the heaven's light could pierce into the building
