Hello!

I have been involved in education in one way or another for over 19 years, and this is my 10th year teaching special education. It is truly my love and passion! I absolutely adore my students and love being a part of their lives, learning, and growth. 

I also have a wonderful husband and five fantastic kids of my own. My oldest is a college Freshmen, I have a Junior and a Freshmen at Pieper High School, and two kindergartners at Rahe Bulverde. I spend all my free time at soccer, football, orchestra concerts, wrestling, track, school activities, or hanging out with two little boys...which is all made possible by a lot of coffee, some yoga, and Diet Coke!

I believe education is a joint effort between home and school. I value the relationship with my students' families very much and just want to say THANK YOU. The personal support you provide helps create an incredible educational experience and I appreciate it more than I can say.
