Application & Reflection of E-QYP

This serves as an additional artifact for YDP 8010: Child & Adolescent Development. The E-QYP guide helped determine activities that were age appropriate for the groups we work with. 4-H partners with local schools to offer enrichment programs based on the standards. This activity helped me put on a critical thinking lens and be able to make applicable connections. This assignment in particular granted me a deeper understanding of how we can tailor our lesson plans to fit an age group and meet their needs based off of what research is showing. I create and implement a lot of curriculum, so this is something I look forward to applying.
