The organizational case study serves as the individual artifact for YDP 8000: Foundations of Youth Development. This course provided an overview of youth development theories and processes that are implemented in youth programs in the United States. For the case study, I focused on National 4-H's youth citizenship program logic model. At the time of the course, I was in the works of developing a junior leadership program in my county that focused on citizenship and would be based on this national model. The program has gotten off the ground, and I am able to apply theories and processes learned from this course into practice.
