Developing Managerial Effectiveness

This presentation serves as the collaborative artifact for YDP 8030: Creative & Ethical Leadership in a Changing society. Our group focused on developing managerial effectiveness to better showcase our takeaway of leadership being something that takes a clear vision and a people-centric mindset. Our course taught us approaches for fostering developmental effectiveness in both educational and service settings. I thought this was fascinating in terms of helping empower colleagues as well as volunteers to make the best better.
