The one-handed task was completed using a kettlebell (6.8 kg; 17.5cm L x 11cm W x 19cm H) using only the dominant arm by lifting and lowering loads from two height levels (knee and ankle at 48 cm and 6 cm respectively) and at different angles 0, 45, and 90 degrees (by twisting the trunk right or left corresponding to their dominant arm) up to the waist level (at 92 cm). The task was done at a pace of 5 bpm (each beat corresponding to lifting or lowering) at 1 minute in each of the 6 locations (i.e., 1,2,3,4,5,6) for a total of 6 minutes.
