Welcome!  My name is Annaliese (Anna) Winton and I am a Ph.D. Candidate at the John E. Walker Department of Economics at Clemson University.  My research presents novel estimations of the economic effects of resource and climate risks, in particular the risks associated with depleting aquifers and natural disasters.  My work is driven by the desire to help societies successfully and efficiently manage scarce natural resources and adapt to climate change.
