Mrs. Garcia's Class

I am Rose Garcia, I teach first grade. I have been teaching here for 26 years in the bilingual program. I am proud to be an Oakhurst eagle. I graduated from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma with a degree in Elementary Education. I also attended Texas Wesleyan University and received my Bilingual Certification.
