I have been teaching in the Fremont Unified School District for 12 years. My career began at Blacow Elementary, where I served as the science specialist for three years. For the past nine years, I have been teaching at Walters Middle School. I earned my B.A. in Physics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2011 and completed my credential at California State University, East Bay in 2014. Additionally, I received my Master’s in Educational Technology from East Bay in 2015. When I'm not teaching I enjoy spending time with my husband Scott and two children Emma (8) and Ethan (5). My hobbies include reading, spending time with friends, trying new food, and doing watercolor.
