Mr. DeGuzman
Class Overview
Welcome! In this class, my goal is to support students in understanding their IEP goals and the accommodations that are in place to help them succeed. We'll work together to make sure each student knows what supports are available to them and how to use them effectively in all of their classes.
Throughout the year, we'll focus on building strong organization skills, study habits, and learning strategies that students can apply across all subject areas.
My priority is to help students feel more confident, capable, and in control of their learning.
Students should bring their materials and a way to keep track of homework, tests, and projects (like a planner, notebook, or app—whatever works best!). Class time will be spent working toward IEP goals and getting help with assignments from other classes.
