Meet the Chef!
Chitlada Bauder hails from the Issan region of Thailand, a place renowned for its bold and distinct flavors. Her passion for cooking began in her early years, immersed in the rich culinary traditions of Issan cuisine, which she now loves to share with others. As a lead chef for the Thai cooking classes, Chitlada is excited to introduce participants to the authentic tastes of Issan, blending spicy, sour, and savory elements into every dish she creates.
In her everyday life, Chitlada prepares meals for a household of more than 10 people. This experience has made her an expert at managing the complexities of cooking for a large group while maintaining the quality and integrity of each dish. Her daily routine reflects her deep love for cooking and her ability to deliver flavorful, nutritious meals that satisfy both large families and small gatherings alike.
As a dedicated mother to many children, Chitlada's approach to food goes beyond simple nutrition. She understands the importance of creating meals that bring people together and fill the home with warmth and love.
