Personal Identification: Full Name, Gender, City.
Contact Information: Email address, Phone number.
User Content: Files, documents, and media that you voluntarily upload to the application for project management purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information We use the collected data for the following purposes:
To create and manage your account.
To facilitate team collaboration and task assignment.
To enable file sharing and project organization within your teams.
To communicate with you regarding your account or service updates.
4. Third-Party Services (Supabase) We use Supabase as our backend-as-a-service provider.
Authentication & Database: Your personal data (name, email, phone, city) is stored securely on Supabase servers.
File Storage: Any files you upload are stored in Supabase Storage buckets. Supabase adheres to strict security standards. By using our app, you acknowledge that your data is processed by Supabase in accordance with their privacy policy.
5. Permissions To function correctly, the app may request access to:
Storage/Gallery: To allow you to select and upload files/images to your projects.
Internet: To communicate with our servers.
6. Data Security We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Account Deletion You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
In-App Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the application settings. This action will permanently remove your personal identification, contact information, and all user content (files/images) stored on Supabase.
Request via Email: If you are unable to access the application, you may request account deletion by contacting us at mihaelmaric@fsre.sum.ba with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.
