To Order an Ad for a 6th Grader:
1. Payment must be first made on Josten's Yearbook ordering website.
2. Click on "Yearbook Ads", click on "Shop", select "Create a student ad", select "Sponsor" ad, add to cart and fill in student's information, message will then be collected on THIS Google form here.
