Virtual Learning Information
MINDFULNESS
Last year, students on Team 7-3 were interested in exploring Mindfulness Activities as they work to de-stress from the day and/or unclutter their busy minds through our Virtual Learning Days.
For those of you who feel Mindfulness Activities would help you put your mind at ease during the day, feel free to peruse some of the material below. You may already be familiar with some of the exercises below, but others you may not be. If you have suggestions for additonal material we can post, please let us know, especially if there are exercises that you find particularly helpful at puting your mind at ease.
