Here are the print documents for the 21-22 year. Please make sure you print and sign through them and turn these in by February 26th, 2021 no later than 4:00 pm. Make sure you have read the documents that go with these in the read only section. (click on box with arrow in top right hand corner for larger view)

Cheer Physical

For current 7th graders: If you were a cheerleader or in Athletics in your 7th grade year, you should already have a current physical on file to tryout.

For 6th graders and 7th graders without physcials on file: You will need to have a current physical form filled out by your doctor before the 1st day of tryouts in order to be eligible to tryout.

After May 1st: All who make the 21-22 cheer squad will need new physicals completed before camp, July 26-28, 2021
