Administrative Information
As a reminder, we do not release students between 3:30 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. If you need to check out your student early, please do so before 3:30 p.m. Regular carpool expectations apply for students being pick up after 3:30 p.m. Parents may not pick up students from the front parking lot from 3:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
If you need to drop off something for your student, you will need to check in at the front office. To minimize classroom disruptions, we will only deliver glasses, house keys, and money to students during instructional time. All other items will be left on the shelf on the front office. Parents will be responsible for emailing their student that the item has been left in the front office for pick-up.
Crosswalk Safety
Keeping students safe on their journey to and from school takes all members of the community working together. Please watch this video with your student and discuss the critical role of the driver and the pedestrian in ensuring all students travel safely through the community.
Sign Up for Emergency Alerts
Frisco ISD utilizes a text messaging service on a limited basis to communicate timely information such as school closures/delays or campus emergencies. Opt-in by texting “Y” or “Yes” to 67587. This system is maintained separately from Remind, which some teachers and coaches use to text message students and parents.
FISD Takes Threats Seriously
When students make a threat to a campus, even via social media, the District and campus move quickly to address them. Watch Frisco Police discuss why words matter.
Parents are encouraged to remind children that while they may be “joking” about having a weapon or threatening harm to a school campus, the punishment by law is, at minimum, a Class A misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $4,000 and up to a year in jail. The punishment can be as severe as a third-degree felony, punishable by up to $10,000 and two to 10 years in prison.
Frisco ISD supports the Frisco Police Department's full prosecution of any individual who threatens harm to our students, staff, and campuses.

2 Words Character Lessons via Athletics
2Words is a video-based, character development curriculum. It's designed for coaches and written for secondary athletes across all sports. Boys and Girls Athletics will provide character lessons once a week during the athletic class period.
This Week's Focus:
"Anyone can be average. What separates people? People are willing to work every day. People that are willing to do things that aren't fun. People that are willing to look at their weaknesses, then try and commit to a way to make their weaknesses strengths." Pat Summit
Ticketing
All tickets to athletic events hosted at FISD venues (including Ford Center and Toyota Stadium) must be purchased online. No tickets are available at the front entrances, but tickets can be purchased up through game time using the ticketing website. Visit tickets.friscoisd.org to purchase season passes and individual tickets.
Campus Multi-Tiered System of Support
Our campus has several supports in place to ensure each student receives personalized attention and assistance to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The comprehensive MTSS webpage has resources to empower staff and parents with valuable information about the different tiers of support to enhance collaboration between schools and families.
