Cross Country Season starts October 16th!
The first cross country practice will be held on October 16th at 7:30AM (boys) and 3:45PM (girls). For the morning practice, parents may drop athletes off by the tennis courts. Student athletes who have not submitted a physical must bring this documentation to the first practice.

National Cybersecurity Awareness Month (NCSAM), launched in October 2004, continues to raise awareness about the importance of cybersecurity across our Nation, ensuring that we all have the resources we need to be safer and more secure online. The overarching theme for Cybersecurity Awareness Month 2023 is “Secure Our World.”

Ms. Taylor began her career in education in 1997 with Irving ISD after receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. After several years as a teacher and coach, she obtained her master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas and continued in Irving as a middle school assistant principal. In 2006, she transitioned to Dallas ISD where she worked in various leadership roles until moving to the Frisco area. The 2023-2024 school-year marks Ms. Taylor's fifth year as the Vandeventer Middle School principal.
