Class Day honors each member of the graduating 8th grade class.

Arrival: Early Arrivals begin at 7:30am as usual. Graduating 8th grade students are asked to arrive by 8:45am in the library. Upon arrival, they will receive flowers and have professional photos taken. Families may find their seats on the Beech Tree Terrace or wait outside near the back of the Business Office for the 8th grade group photos. Grades 5-7 may arrive between 9:15 and 9:30 and should report to their homerooms. Younger grades are welcome to attend the ceremony with their families.

Ceremony: The Class Day ceremony will begin at 10:00am. Grades 5-7 attend with their classes. Graduating students should wear white dresses or an outfit of dress pants or khakis, a white shirt, a tie, and a navy blue jacket. They may have sweaters and coats at their seats if the weather is chilly. Other students should wear semi-formal attire such as collared shirts, dress shorts, skirts, or dresses.

Dismissal: Dismissal will begin after the ceremony, approximately 11:15am. There will be no After School Program.

Please note: In the rare event of inclement weather, families will be notified by our BlackBoard alert system and ONLY eighth graders and their families will be able to attend Class Day.
