Viewing the Recordings

Please read these important details carefully:

• If you are watching the recordings, you must view them and complete the evaluation form for each session you watched prior to Monday, April 5th. Make sure you have the correct secret code for the sessions you watched to enter into the form. Evaluation form link: http://fried.tech/ms-summit-eval

• Zoom will collect names & email addresses and track the time each person spends watching these on-demand sessions. Please note: your survey responses will be used in conjunction with the Zoom attendance reports to grant credit for attendance.

CEUs & SEMIs:

Each participant should receive a certificate of completion via email by April 14, 2021. CEUs will be awarded by the North Mississippi Education Consortium and can be requested using this form: https://www.northmsec.com/nmec-pc/

NOTE:

The minimum number of CEUs possible is 0.5 (5 hours); the maximum number of CEUs possible is 1.0 (10 hours).

The minimum number of SEMIs possible is 5.0 (6.25 hours); the maximum number of SEMIs possible is 10 (12.5 hours).
