Colts Neck High School is a fully accredited comprehensive high school that first opened in 1998. Located in the Western Monmouth County, at the corner of Route 537 and Five Points Road, Colts Neck is one of six high schools within the Freehold Regional High School District.
Colts Neck High School’s enrollment includes students from all of the communities served by the district through the special programs housed within the building. As part of the Freehold Regional High School District, we offer students a complete and comprehensive high school curriculum. An extensive range of elective courses are available to every student and every effort is made to design a program that meets the individual needs of each of our students. The building administration and guidance department work collaboratively to implement a program of study that provides our students with the necessary education and background to pursue their individual goals and successfully take their place in the world after high school. Within the class of 2018, that included 91% going on the further education, eight National Merit Scholarship Program commendations, three National Merit Scholarship Finalists, and one National Merit Scholarship recipient.
The extensive academic program provided at Colts Neck High School supports a multitude of club and athletic activities that provide our students with a rich and diverse high school experience. As a member of the NJSIAA and Shore Conference, we offer a complete array of varsity and sub-varsity sports for both boys and girls and continue to add sports and clubs where interest warrants. Our extensive extracurricular program encompasses the arts, honor organizations, community service, and volunteer organizations, as well as a variety of other clubs based on student interest.
