Parking Letter to Parents & Students of the Class of 2023

All required links and forms are located on the Parking Application-Class of 2023 Google Classroom that Seniors were invited to. If you are not seeing the email invite to the Google Classroom or the Parking Application Classroom on your Google Classroom homepage, please join with code hywdsdl.
All rising seniors and their parents must view the webpage prior to
registering for a parking spot.
Join Parking Application Classroom: Accept the invitation to the Parking Application Google Classroom. Or join with code hywdsdl.
Acknowledgment of Safety Awareness Program site: Student and parent acknowledgment of reviewing the Driver Safety Program Website. This is a section in the Parking Classroom. (Can be done before you have your license.)
Acknowledgment of FRHSD Handbook Driving Privileges/Campus Vehicle Procedures: Student and parent acknowledgment of reading over Consequences and Procedures in the Student Handbook. This is a section in the Parking Classroom. (Can be done before you have your license.)
Parking Registration Google Form: Student should complete the Parking Registration Google Form. This is a section in the Parking Classroom. (Can be done before you have your license and/or a car and should be done before 8/1/22 .)
License Scan Upload: Once you have your driver’s license, complete the License Google Form that will enable you to upload an image or scan of your driving license. This is a section in the Parking Classroom.
Insurance and Registration Scan Upload: Once you have your driver’s license, complete the Insurance and Registration Form that will enable you to upload an image or scan of your car’s registration and insurance card. This is a section in the Parking Classroom. Note: this form can be edited at any time of the school year if your vehicle changes.
Pick up Your Parking Tag: For students that were able to complete all of the above steps BEFORE August 1st, you will be notified when the summer parking tag pick-up begins. For students who complete all steps AFTER August 1st, you will be emailed or called down to the main office to pick up your tag. See or email Mrs. Bier (bbier@frhsd.com) in the main office if you don't get an email or get called down to pick up your tag once school has started and you have submitted the last of your "Assignments" for parking.
