Lost something at CB?
Some of you asked : Do you accept children ?
Our short answer: YES! Read futher below ⬇️
While Crème Brûlée can bring out the "child spirit" in many adults, it remains primarily an adult-oriented atmosphere. We collectively create a zone of temporary expression that is open, creative, and sometimes unconventional.
If you have never attended a Burn (like Burning Man, Nowhere, or a regional event) yourself, we strongly recommend that you experience it once on your own before considering bringing your children. Understanding the rhythm and the sensory input firsthand will help you decide if it is the right environment for your family.
CB organisation provides the basic infrastructure and overall safety for all participants, but we don't ofer childcare service. As a parent or guardian, you're responsible for your children's care and supervision throughout the event.
💞 But parents can organise together ! 💞
Many families create their own support system. Some form co-ops and share child watch, or organise kids-friendly activities together.

Radical Self-Expression and Participation are at the heart of CB. However, Consent is paramount. You and your children will never be forced to participate in any activities that make you uncomfortable. This is a great opportunity to talk to your kids about their own boundaries—and respecting the boundaries of others.
Be aware in advance that your child may see or hear things that are different from their daily lives—eccentric costumes, loud music, or expressive art. If you set an example of an open mind, you may find your kids have an easier time accepting their surroundings than you think!
Unlike Nowhere or Burning Man, we don't have to contend with extreme desert heat or dust storms. However, there are local factors to consider:
💡LIGHT The site is not well-lit. Make sure your children are "lit up" with LEDs or headlamps so you can spot them easily.
🥾Good shoes: Ensure your children have sturdy footwear for the natural terrain of the site.
🎧 Ear Protection: The music can be loud, especially near sound camps. High-quality ear defenders for children are highly recommended.
🏷️ The "Tag" System: We suggest writing your phone number on a waterproof wristband or your child’s arm in case you get separated.
