• Enter your 8-digit Appointment Code (your code will be on the postcard mailed to you from Prestige)

• Click "Go"

• If you do not have your appointment code Select State - New York

• Enter your school's city - Freeport

• Click "Go"

• Select "Freeport High School"

• Enter your First and Last Name

• Search

• Select your appointment
