Mrs. Greene
Hi, I’m Mrs. Greene and this is my fifth year here at CBIS and my twenty-second year of teaching! My how time flies! I enjoy teaching and love the connections it allows me to make with students and families. It always makes me smile to see a former student out and about, have one stop by my room to visit or to receive a graduation announcement in the mail from a former student! I’ve taught Kindergarten, first, third, fifth and sixth grades. I started my teaching career in Indianapolis Public Schools. Then moved to Union Elementary and most recently to CBIS. I’m married and have lived in Trafalgar for 18 years. My husband and I have three children: a Junior in high school (which I can't believe!), an 8th grader and a 5th grader. My husband is from a large family of 11 children (no twins either), so our children have TONS of cousins! I have a brother and a sister too.I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, boating, traveling and teaching, of course!! I love music of all kinds and go to concerts as often as I can. I also love dark chocolate and my morning Speedway coffee! One of my favorite trips each year is my annual Girls' Trip with my three awesome college friends. I’m excited to spend the year learning and growing with your child!
