Mrs. Dransfield began her teaching career in Franklin Lakes in 1997. As a special educator, she has taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade replacement and collaborative classes. Currently, Mrs. Dransfield teaches 6th and 7th grade Resource Room Math, as well as 7th grade Prep class.

Mrs. Dransfield received her BA in psychology from the University of Scranton and her MA in Special Education from SUNY New Paltz. She has trained in both the Orton Gillingham and Wilson Language programs as well the enVision Math program. Mrs. Dransfield is currently working towards her Masters + 30.
