Our mission is to help older adults throughout the Treasure Valley move better, feel safer, and live more independently. We work one-on-one with each patient to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence while reducing fall risk and helping manage pain. Treatment plans are individualized and designed around meaningful functional goals — from safely getting around the home to returning to hobbies, community activities, exercise, sports, pickleball, traveling, or simply walking the dog comfortably again.
Based in Star, Idaho, we proudly serve seniors across the Treasure Valley and surrounding communities. We are an outpatient physical therapy practice that brings care directly into the home, meaning patients do not need to be considered homebound to receive services. By delivering therapy where patients are most comfortable, we make high-quality care more convenient, accessible, and personal.
In addition to traditional physical therapy services including strengthening, balance training, gait training, fall prevention, and pain management, we also provide specialized treatments such as vertigo rehabilitation and dry needling. Our goal is to deliver individualized care that helps each patient move with greater confidence, comfort, and independence — whether that means safely navigating the home or returning to a more active lifestyle.
We accept most major insurance plans and are committed to helping patients navigate the process so they can focus on what matters most — feeling better, moving better, and living more confidently.
Dr. Francis has been fascinated by movement and the human body as long as he can remember. As a young man he would spend hours at a time trying to figure out how to move in different ways to perform better playing various sports. This passion deepened as he studied Exercise Science at BYU and then furthered his education at Campbell University in North Carolina, completing the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Dr. Francis is passionate about getting his patients back to performing the activities they love. He believes nearly all pain in our bodies can be improved by adjusting one’s movement patterns. Along with traditional physical therapy manual and exercise techniques, Dr. Francis incorporates functional movement training into his treatment sessions to obtain optimal results.
Away from work, Dr. Francis enjoys reading, watching, playing and coaching sports, and spending time with his wife and three young children.
In addition to English, Dr. Francis is fluent in Spanish.
