-Familiarity with import/export documentation and financial transactions is an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
-Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
-Review and audit cash advances, payroll, overtime, and employee allowances.
-Verify attendance records, payslips, and payroll accuracy for both land-based and sea-based employees.
-Audit import and export transactions, including shipping, customs, agency, and port-related expenses.
-Review petty cash replenishments, emergency funds, and supplier payments for accuracy and compliance.
-Monitor utility and service expenses and maintain payment tracking records.
-Audit documentation related to expatriate employees, including food allowances, medical renewals, and expense liquidations.
-Ensure timely processing and verification of vessel-related financial transactions.
-Reconcile financial records, validate supporting documents, and prepare reports for management.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit procedures.
