• Must possess at least a High School Diploma & Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate. NC II or NC III or Degree in Mech. Engineering is a plus
• With experience in handling / supervising a team of Mechanic, Drivers & Support personnel
• At least 3 to 4 year(s) of working experience as a mechanic for diesel & gasoline engine
• Knowledge of modern vehicle repair practices, procedures and utilization of advance repair equipment.
• Ability to plan, organize, assign, supervise, and inspect the work of others.
• Ability to keep records and make reports.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal working condition.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency in vehicle usage.
• Supervise motorpool staff, including drivers, mechanics, and other support personnel. Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensure adherence to schedules
• Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.
