Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course (but graduate in any related mechanical course is an advantage).
- With a strong communication & negotiation skills, analytical capability, strong capability to source and computer literate.
- Trustworthy, fast leaner, punctual and responsive.
- At least with a 1-2 years work experience in purchasing or any related field is an advantage.
- With a well monitoring capability and a organize filing skill.

- Responsible in sourcing, canvassing, negotiating and purchasing materials or services required by the operation and the company.
- Responsible in meeting and communicating with end users and suppliers regarding operational and company needs
- Responsible in preparation of canvas sheet and PO. Including processing payment and arranging delivery or pick-up of items if necessary.
- Responsible in ensuring the right quality, right price, good terms and on time delivery to all acquired goods and services.
- Responsible in processing and monitoring requests and deliveries. Provide updates, submit reports and secure proper documentation and file.
