- BS degree or certification in Electronics, IT, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a CCTV Technician, IT support or similar role
- Knowledge of analog and IP-based CCTV systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches) and cabling
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Additional certification CCTV or similar technologies is a plus
- Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, monitors, and related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections indoor and outdoor
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and network issues
- Run, terminate, and label cabling (CAT5/CAT6, coaxial, fiber where applicable)
- Configure IP cameras, network settings, and remote viewing access
- Ensure systems comply with safety and security standards
- Provide technical support and training to clients or end users
- Maintain inventories, documentation, service reports and installation records
- Coordinate with LAN Administrator and security teams
- Respond to emergency service calls and assistance as needed
- Telephone line basic troubleshooting Technical Support and Assistance when needed
