Can photos of shared amenities be included and is there an additional cost?
Amenity photos can be purchased at an additional cost, you must select it on the add-on page during the ordering process for the photographer to capture.

How long will it take for my media to be delivered?
Media will be returned to customers within the time stated in the following table:

When your shoot is complete, you will receive an email with a link to a media delivery page that includes all media ordered for the shoot.
What is the cost and how will I be billed?
Once you place an order for Showcase on our Listing Concierge site and your token is transferred to you on Zillow, you will be sent an invoice and your credit card on file will be charged $516.50 (the cost of each Showcase, Photography package, and applicable taxes) for the order. If you are ordering just the Showcase, and paying for your own Zillow-approved photographer, you will be charged $225. If you order any extra ala carte items such as an Interior Walkthrough Video ($200), Drone Photography ($100), Virtual Staging ($25 per picture), etc... you will be charged the price for each addition.
How many photos are in the Essentials+ package?
The minimum is 30 but could range up to 100. The photographer will capture a sufficient number of photos to ensure the property is well covered in it's entirety.
How long does the Listing Showcase sit on Zillow once it's sold?
The Showcase treatment will automatically disable once the listing is in an "Off Market" status.
What kind of quality guarantee is there? If an agent is unhappy with pics, what is their recourse?
Showingtime+'s Process and Delivery team’s goal is to ensure that you receive a high-quality product. If there is a scenario where you're unhappy with the media delivered, you are encouraged to reply to the Media Delivery email with your requested edits. That reply will go directly to our Process and Delivery team and they will communicate with you to resolve your request.
