Listing Showcase is available to a limited number of agents and listings in any given market. The key features are:

Where is Listing Showcase available & what is the price?

Showcase is available in all primary counties of our market area. The pricing and associated details are below:

The listing Showcase price is roughly $517; which includes the Essentials+ photography package, Showcase, and associated taxes. For this option, you must use Zillow's photography to use Showcase.
If you have your own photographer and they are Zillow-approved for Showcase, you can use them and order the Showcase-only option without photography for $225.
If you buy a block or 6 or more Showcase tokens for future use, then the price is $200 per token. So a block of 6 tokens would cost you $1,200 that would be charged to the credit card you have on file with the company.

How to order a Listing Showcase

Login to our Listing Concierge Site with your ACE credentials
Click on Zillow Showcase graphic shown to the left.
Fill out the order form and click order now.
You will then receive a order confirmation email, followed by a photoshoot scheduling email confirmation.

What is included in Showcase?

The Showcase price includes Essentials package photography: Interior and exterior HDR photos, 3D Virtual Tour, Interactive Floor Plan, and 2x Virtual Twilight photos. In addition, the property receives additional marketing and placement on the Zillow site.

What is the turnaround time to schedule the photo shoot?

Once you place your order on the Listing Concierge site and then receive your email to activate your account, you will be presented with a calendar to schedule the shoot. Typically, you can schedule in 24-72 hours.

Can I see examples of Showcase listings?

Can I use my own preferred photographer?

Yes, you can! It's easy for your photographer to complete a simple step-by-step process to become a Showcase-approved photographer. If you have a photographer that you want to use, but they are not Zillow Showcase-approved yet, please share this link with them:https://showingtimeplus.com/solutions/listing-showcase/photographers/resource-center. it explains the whole approval and shooting process to the photographer. Once they go through the Zillow 3D Home Capture app, online training and equipment verification, they will be approved to upload their photography and media directly to Showcase on your behalf.

Can photos of shared amenities be included and is there an additional cost?

Amenity photos can be purchased at an additional cost, you must select it on the add-on page during the ordering process for the photographer to capture.

How long will it take for my media to be delivered?

Media will be returned to customers within the time stated in the following table:

Still Photos, Interactive Floor Plans, Aerial Photos & Amenity Photos

Next day (by 5 pm Central time) for any weekday shoot

High-Res Floor Plans, Aerial & Interior Video

Where will I be able to access and download the media?

When your shoot is complete, you will receive an email with a link to a media delivery page that includes all media ordered for the shoot.

What is the cost and how will I be billed?

Once you place an order for Showcase on our Listing Concierge site and your token is transferred to you on Zillow, you will be sent an invoice and your credit card on file will be charged $516.50 (the cost of each Showcase, Photography package, and applicable taxes) for the order. If you are ordering just the Showcase, and paying for your own Zillow-approved photographer, you will be charged $225. If you order any extra ala carte items such as an Interior Walkthrough Video ($200), Drone Photography ($100), Virtual Staging ($25 per picture), etc... you will be charged the price for each addition.

How many photos are in the Essentials+ package?

The minimum is 30 but could range up to 100. The photographer will capture a sufficient number of photos to ensure the property is well covered in it's entirety.

How long does the Listing Showcase sit on Zillow once it's sold?

The Showcase treatment will automatically disable once the listing is in an "Off Market" status.

What kind of quality guarantee is there? If an agent is unhappy with pics, what is their recourse?

Showingtime+'s Process and Delivery team’s goal is to ensure that you receive a high-quality product. If there is a scenario where you're unhappy with the media delivered, you are encouraged to reply to the Media Delivery email with your requested edits. That reply will go directly to our Process and Delivery team and they will communicate with you to resolve your request.

How can I download and share my media after it has been delivered to me?

All customers will receive a media delivery email. Unique links will be provided in your media delivery email that will allow you to access all of your media.

Choose the link in your delivery email to get to your media portal.
“Special Links” - This section will provide a branded and unbranded 3D Tour. In order to add your virtual tour to the MLS - copy and paste the unbranded link for your virtual tour directly into your MLS.
“Download All Photos - ZIP File” - This section provides access to all photos. Click “MLS Files” to download your photos. Once downloaded, find the folder and right click. Select Extract All and once extracted, your photos are now ready to be uploaded directly to your MLS.

What rights do I have to the media that is delivered to me?

Zillow grants you a limited, sub-licensable license to use the Media Services for the sole purpose of:

Marketing the corresponding home while the current listing is live (not a future listing for the same home);
Submitting a listing to a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to be published in and used in connection with the MLS or Service Compilation (as defined by each MLS) over which the MLS claims copyright;

3. Creating derivative works if you are a participant in an MLS and have received a copy of any Listing Media Services photographs in the MLS or Service Compilation provided by your MLS (you may sub-license or sell your derivatives, but you may not sub-license or sell the Listing Media Services photographs themselves to a third party);

4. Including comparables to assist with pricing homes and creating comparative market analyses (CMAs); and

5. Including marketing materials for your professional real estate or photography services.

Can I use Showcase with Listing Concierge?

Yes. If you place an order for the Gold or Platinum Listing Concierge package you have the choice to order Showcase. However, if you want the Gold or Platinum package without Showcase you can continue to order that as well.

Can I use Showcase with Luxury?

Yes. You can utilize your luxury dollars and apply them to Showcase. Your Showcase cost will be applied to your luxury dollars at closing.

How are leads passed along to me?

Once the potential lead submits their contact information into the Contact Agent box, their information will be sent in a message to the email address included within their agent profile.
If they have a Premier Agent dashboard, the lead will push through to their dashboard and be tagged as a Showcase lead.
