Just Listed & Just Sold postcards raise consumer awareness and generate new leads. It is also a great way for potential sellers to be introduced to how you may market their home.

Our program provides complimentary attractive and high quality, full-color postcards to advertise and promote you and your business. The cards are mailed to your choice of area or custom list highlighting your recent listed or sold property. We offer 25 company-paid mailers per transaction. The 25 mailers are tracked by MLS#s.

Activating Banked Card Credit on Xpressdocs

To activate your banked card credits, please submit the properties that you have not sent out mailers. You can claim credits for your transactions in the past 12 months by filling out the Banked Card Credit Form.

The property address and whether the property was listed, sold or had both sides will be needed for each banked card credit

To order Just Listed or Just Sold postcards through Xpressdocs

Log into your Xpressdocs account from ACE
Select "Company Paid" Program
Select a template to create your postcard

Additional design templates are available in ACE Design Studio

Log into your ACE Design Studio account from ACE. Then navigate
to Print Marketing > JL/JS Postcards - XD Credits

To use your banked cards:

At checkout click the box in the Voucher section to apply any applicable credits.

To order Just Listed or Just Sold postcards through Continuity Program

Log into your HALO Programs account from ACE
Select "Company Paid Just Listed/Just Sold" Program from the main menu
Search for listings (“Search Listings”), or click “Place an Order” to begin the ordering process
Banked card totals can be found on the left side of the order form towards the bottom, under “Banked Cards Available.”
Banked cards will automatically be applied for any order, and any additional cards ordered will be paid for by credit card.

To use your banked cards:

At checkout select the quantity of "Banked Cards" to apply credits.
