Clubhouse Rental

If you'd like to rent the Four Seasons HOA clubhouse, check the calendar above and select a date that doesn't mark the clubhouse as rented, then fill out the form below and click submit to send it to the Clubhouse Director. Read the Clubhouse Rules at right, below.

Clubhouse Rules

RESERVATION FEE AND CLEANING DEPOSITS

  • Renters must be Four Seasons residents.
  • All FSHOA dues and assessments must be current.
  • $30 cash/check non-refundable usage fee for each date reserved – to be paid at time of reservation or at least two weeks prior to the rental date.
  • $50 cash/check cleaning deposit due at the time of reservation (or at least two weeks prior to rental date) to secure the requested date. This deposit is refundable upon return in satisfactory cleaning inspection.
  • Please write the rental date on the memo line of your checks.
  • Put both checks in a sealed envelope with name and rental date written on the envelope and place in Drop Box at the Clubhouse.
  • Contact Clubhouse Director (email ​clubhouse@fourseasonshoa.net)​ if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
  • Fire Marshall restricts occupancy to 49 people (or 33 people if tables and chairs are set up).
  • Notice required if you would like to use a wheelchair ramp to connect to the sunken main room and to the BBQ on the deck.
  • The door code will be emailed to renter the day before the rental date.

ARRIVAL AND SETUP

  • Upon arrival, report any damage or unclean conditions to the Clubhouse Director.
  • Use track board with thumb tacks or push pins to hang decorations. No tape!
  • No decorations may be applied to light fixtures or any other surfaces.
  • No adhesive tape allowed, including masking, double-sided, duct, or electric tape.
  • No tape on the hardwood floors!
  • “Sandwich Board” is available for use. Please return to storage closet and lettering in an organized manner. (lettering/numbers under island counter)

THE EVENT

  • The reserving homeowner/renter must be present during the event.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of our neighbors.
  • Noise after 10 p.m. is not permitted.
  • Clubhouse must be vacated by midnight.
  • Clubhouse rental DOES NOT include access to the pools. Standard pool rules apply, including the limitation to 4 guests. See pool rules for information regarding additional guest passes.
  • No smoking inside.
  • No pets.
  • Please be respectful of hardwoods.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please leave clubhouse in clean condition.
  • Cleaning products under kitchen sink.
  • Wipe down tables and chairs and put them back in the storage closet.
  • No garbage may be left on the grounds – please take with you.
  • Reline kitchen and bathroom cans with liners. (provided)
  • Remove all decorations and all food.
  • Clean oven, stovetop, refrigerator and counters.
  • Clean restroom toilet and sink
  • Vacuum all floors. Use “Swiffer” wet on floors if needed. (provided)
  • Turn thermostat to 75 degrees in the summer and 60 degrees in the winter & set to auto.
  • Turn off all lights & lock all doors.

BARBEQUE USE

  • Pull BBQ away from building and wooden railing at least 18 inches.
  • After use, clean grates with BBQ brush, provided. Do not clean parts in the kitchen sink. It is not necessary to clean grease catcher or reline with foil.
  • Back-up tank of propane is next to BBQ. If one tank is empty, please let director know.
  • When BBQ is completely cooled, put cover on and move back under eaves.
