Fort Osage Athletic

Booster Club

Welcome back to what we hope will be another record breaking season for our student athletes and their teams who had one of their most successful years in Indian history! Hopefully, the tradition will continue in both the classroom and the games. It was also a banner year for the booster club, who was able to over donate over $15,000 to teams and organizations in the Fort Osage School District and provide nearly $6,000 in scholarships to eight graduating senior athletes. We proudly presented a varsity letter to over 100 students who qualified for the Scholar Athlete Award. This award is given to students who have a 3.5 GPA or higher and participates in athletics.

We cannot do it alone though and this is where you come in…..volunteer! All it takes is one evening of your time to make a difference in your son's/daughter's program. Each team/group can earn money for every event they work, but they need your help, so please talk to your coach/sponsor and see how you can make a difference. Visit our meetings to find out more or contact Paula Erickson, or 816-650-7040. We hope to see you at the games!

Indian Pride Golf Tournament

It's time to get ready for the 8th annual Indian Pride Golf Tournament. This four person scramble will be held at Winterstone Golf Course on Friday, August 3, 2018. Proceeds from the last year's tournament provided scholarships to some very deserving Fort Osage student-athletes for a total of $5,700. Additionally, Scholar-Athlete Letters were awarded to 102 student-athletes who had a GPA of 3.5 or greater and had participated in athletics/activities the last two semesters.
