Financial Aid & Scholarships

APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL AID

All students should apply for financial aid, regardless of whether or not they think they are eligible. Families should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please review the list of things you will need before you get started HERE. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Spooner.

After completing the FAFSA, families will be linked to an electronic application for the New York State Tuition Assistance program (TAP). TAP is a need-based aid program for students attending college in New York State. If you have already submitted your federal application without applying for TAP, please visit the Higher Education Services Corporation to submit a separate application.

Some college financial aid offices also require families to complete the CSS Profile. CLICK HERE to fill out this additional financial aid application.

Students should check back often to review posted scholarship opportunities, especially local scholarships, during late winter and spring months.

All students are strongly encouraged to create a profile at Fastweb.com to receive recommendations of additional scholarship opportunities based on eligibility criteria.
