If a student requests a transcript, they must get it through Parchment. Here’s why:

• Efficiency

  • Students can apply up to 10 different colleges with one log in

  • It’s easy, makes your life and the student’s life easier. 

  • Parchment information is on our website.  

    • Use the link to create an account and request transcripts to be sent to specific colleges. 

      • Transcripts are sent directly to the colleges. 

        • There’s no need to go pick up hard copies of the transcript and then have to mail it off. 

• Transcripts can’t be sent through email because of PII.  (Personal Identifiable Information)

  • Example - Social Security # and DOB are on the transcript

    • Kathy gets PII alerts on a daily basis and many of them are transcripts being sent via email.
