【員工優惠條款】
1. 本條款適用於員工優惠下的企業版帳戶(「員工優惠條款」)。foodpanda企業版帳戶是由Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited(以下簡稱「foodpanda」)提供予符合資格條件的用戶,受foodpanda平台的條款及細則 (請參閱https://www.foodpanda.hk/contents/terms-and-conditions.htm) (「平台條款」)所約束。如果平台條款與員工優惠條款之間存在衝突,則以員工優惠條款為準。若員工優惠條款的英文版本與翻譯版本有任何不一致,則以英文版本為準。
2. 符合資格
為符合註冊foodpanda企業版帳戶的資格,用戶必須滿足以下所有條件(為「合資格符合條件的用戶」):
a) 您必須是foodpanda認可的企業客戶的現任員工;
b) 您必須使用您的企業電子郵件地址進行註冊;及
c) 您必須按照下表的要求提供您的基本聯絡資訊。
3. 為了註冊foodpanda企業版帳戶,您必須按照下表提交自己的相關基本個人資料。這些資料信息將根據foodpanda的私隱政策(可在https://www.foodpanda.hk/contents/privacy.htm 中查閱)進行收集、處理及使用。此外,
foodpanda 有權使用這些資料信息來驗證您獲得員工優惠的資格,以及設立該帳戶。通過在此向foodpanda提交這些資料信息,您保證並聲明:
a) 您已閱讀並接受上述私隱政策,並同意將這些信息用於指定的目的;
b) 所有提交的資料均為信息完整、真實和準確;及
c) 如果您於foodpanda認可企業客戶的員工身份終止時,您將及時以書面形式通知foodpanda。
4. foodpanda有權:
a) 驗證您提交的訊息,包括但不限於聯絡您的雇主進行驗證;
b) 如果 foodpanda 懷疑您的企業版帳戶存有任何欺詐行為,則可立即暫停或終止您對企業版帳戶的使用;
c) 如果 foodpanda 懷疑您不再受僱於foodpanda認可的企業客戶,則可暫停或停用您的企業版帳戶;
d) 如果 foodpanda 懷疑您的行為可能對 foodpanda (或其關聯企業)的聲譽產生不利影響,則可立即暫停或終止您的企業版帳戶;及
e) 因任何原因,藉提前 30 天發出書面通知以終止您的企業版帳戶。
5. foodpanda保留隨時修改、暫停或終止員工優惠條款的權利,而無需事先通知。
6. 如有任何爭議,foodpanda保留最終決定權。
【Staff Offer Terms】
1. These terms govern the Corporate Accounts under Staff Offer (“Staff Offer Terms”). foodpanda Corporate Accounts are made available by Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited (“foodpanda”) to Eligible Users subject to the foodpanda’s platform terms and conditions available at https://www.foodpanda.hk/contents/terms-and-conditions.htm (“Platform T&Cs”). In event of conflict between the Platform T&Cs and the Staff Offer Terms, the Staff Offer Terms shall prevail. The English language version of the Staff Offer Terms shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with the translated versions.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for registering a foodpanda Corporate Account, users must satisfy all of the following conditions (each an "Eligible User"):
a) you must be a current employee of our approved corporate client;
b) you must register using your corporate email address; and
c) you must provide your basic contact information as required in the form below.
3. For registering a foodpanda Corporate Account, you must submit basic information about yourselves as set out in the Staff Offer Staff Registration Form. Such information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with foodpanda’s Privacy Policy (accessible at https://www.foodpanda.hk/contents/privacy.htm). In addition, foodpanda shall be entitled to use such information for the purpose of verifying your eligibility for joining the Staff Offer and for setting up such an account. By submitting such information to foodpanda, you warrant and represent that:
a) you have read and accepted the aforesaid Privacy Policy and consented to the use of such information for the specified purposes;
b) all information submitted is complete, true and accurate; and
c) you shall notify foodpanda in writing promptly in the event of the cessation of your employee status with our approved corporate client.
4. foodpanda shall be entitled to:
a) verify the information you have submitted, including without limitation, contacting your employer for verification;
b) suspend or terminate your access to the Corporate Account immediately if foodpanda suspects any fraudulent behaviour in connection with your Corporate Account;
c) suspend or deactivate your Corporate Account if foodpanda suspects that you are no longer employed under our approved corporate client;
d) suspend or terminate your access to the Corporate Account immediately if foodpanda suspects that your conduct may adversely affect foodpanda (or its affiliate)’s reputation; and
e) terminate your Corporate Account at any time without cause by giving 30 days’ prior written notice.
5. foodpanda reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Staff Offer Terms at any time without prior notice.
6. In case of any dispute, foodpanda’s decision shall be final.
