Gathering information regarding options available for Post 16 study is highly important for year 11 students. Making informed decisions about options and courses of study for the next stage in their education is key. For details about the different courses on offer in the Sixth Form, each subject has details about their course content, subject entry requirements, assessment and further course information in the subject information sheets below .

Additional subjects

Within the Sixth Form we work in collaboration with the Harvey Grammar School to enable a wide range of subjects to be available for Sixth Form study. Students enrolled within our Sixth Form are able to select within their options one of the below subjects should they wish to study this at The Harvey Grammar School. Details of the subjects can be found by clicking on the subject button below.

Subject queries

For internal students parents are able to book an appointment via the parents evening booking system for a video call on the evening of Thursday 2nd December 4-6pm to ask any questions regarding the subjects after having explored all the resources above.

In addition to this, to enable queries any external students may have a 10 minute google meet is scheduled for each subject on the evening of Thursday 2nd December 4-6pm for any one who wishes to join and ask the Subject Lead questions. Unfortunately due to the range of subjects for each time slot there are three different subjects running their google meet at the same time. If this poses a problem and there is a clash and you are unable to attend the google meet for all subjects you wish to, please do submit any queries you have on the google form, at the very bottom of this page, and the subject lead/relevant member of staff will be able to get back to you.

Developing skills within a range of areas we believe is highly beneficial to young peoples all round development. One such opportunity to do this is through the programmes ran by NCS.
