This is generally an excuse to get off the phone, the customer is OBVIOUSLY interested. Check the customer information on the dialer and look for the date the prospect was created. We pull our leads only from a couple days back. So unless they have made some huge lifestyle changes in the past couple days, they are still probably interested.
“Oh so you have decided to go the natural route huh? Well, ________ I'm showing you were on our site just recently. Have you made any huge lifestyle changes in the past couple days? How many pounds were you looking to lose? How many pounds have you lost?”
Ask the customer about their current diet, educate them on how they could change their diets and see even BETTER results.
Stress Urgency!
“I know you are looking to do this on your own but our trial actually expired yesterday but we do have some left remaining. I'm literally looking at X amount of these bottles leftover. I was just giving you a call here because you had partially filled out your information and I just wanted to give you first dibs at what we had remaining. “
