There are two opportunities to present:
Student Poster Session: New this year during the Friday SciCafe, open to undergraduate and graduate students.
Concurrent Session: A 50 minute presentation (lecture, demonstration, activity, discussion, etc.) on Saturday.
Important Dates:
Proposals open: 11/1/25
Proposals close: 1/26/26
Acceptance notifications: 2/2/26
Rooms and Rates:
1 king bed or 2 double beds (both room types include a private balcony)
Thursday (4/23) & Sunday (4/26) Night: $189.00
Friday (4/24) & Saturday (4/25) Night: $199.00
Plus tax* and a $10.00 Resort Fee per room per night
