In your gradebook or assessments tab Locate the 10.2 DBA.
Put 100 in the student comments section then Click submit for grading and Submit the DBA.
In your gradebook or assessments tab Locate the 10.3 Final Exam.
After you click on the exam, you will be prompted to enter a password. Enter: DRIVE
The final exam for Drivers ED class takes 25-35 minutes to complete.
(Again this is not the PERMIT TEST)

Step 2: TAKING THE CLASS E KNOWLEDGE EXAM
Option 1 (available immediately after you take your Final Exam and until your teacher issues your final course grade):
-Enter your course from flvs.net
-Click on Lessons and Hit the Road
If your course is not available then go to Option 2
Option 2 (available only after your teacher issues your final course grade):
- Log into flvs.net using your FLVS username and password
- Go to your Student Dashboard - Click on the blue "Your completed Driver Education course information" link, this link will take you back into the
Hit the Road section of your course.
Step 3: Completing Your Next Steps
After accessing your Hit the Road section of your course:
Review your NEXT STEPS and to complete each step including taking the Class E Knowledge Exam
-As you complete the steps, it is important that you double check your social security number and any other information that you enter. If the information entered here does not match the other identifying documents, you take to the DMV your TLSAE certificate.

After confirming your information, you will proceed to taking your Class E Knowledge Exam. Below you will see a picture of what the screen Looks like before you take it. You can Now take the Exam at 14yrs 6mo old. Your TEST is only good for 1 year from when you take it.

READ THE SCREEN BELOW AND READ IT AGAIN BEFORE YOU TAKE THE TEST.
Please read the following information before taking your exam. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a failed exam:
You have 60 minutes to complete the exam.
You have 3 minutes to respond to each question. If no answer is selected during that time the test will auto fail.
If you reach 11 incorrect answers, your exam will end with a failed result.
You will be required to complete 2 verification questions prior to beginning your exam.
You will be redirected to Florida's exam provider website to take your exam. Please remain on that page until you have completed the exam.
After confirming your information, your exam will be overseen by the state of Florida instead of FLVS. Technical difficulties may result in having to take the exam in person at your local license office.
Switching between tabs or pages during the exam will result in a failed exam.
If you accidentally close the webpage, please come back to this screen and click "Start Exam" again.
You will be required to take this exam on your desktop or laptop computer, mobile devices are not supported.
We recommend using the latest version of a well supported browser like Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Microsoft Edge.
-The Class E Knowledge Exam takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. Once you get to 80% it will shut the test down and say you passed.
You will see the screen below. Make sure to take a Screenshot that you passed of this screen. (DMV will not accept it but it could help with a supervisor.)
Make sure to click the finish button as seen on the image below or the IDEMIA number will not be created, and you will not be able to get your Learners License.
Step 4: Gather your documents.
Your DETS Completion Certificate/Receipt - Download the DETS certificate/receipt and take a picture
If you forgot to take a picture or print DETS certificate/receipt when you completed your Class E Knowledge Exam
-Log back into flvs.net with your username and password and click on the blue "Your completed Driver Education course information" link on your Student Dashboard - STEP 3 on this site.
-Scroll down on your TO DO list and click on “Certificate: Florida DETS (age under 18)”
-Click "Download Certificate" (example pictured left) Then View Certificate.
Make sure to get a screen shot of you CLASS E Knowledge exam passing.
f you did not get a chance to get it, its ok.
Go back to step 3 and on the NEXT STEPS section you will see it there.
Find FLORIDA CLASS E KNOWLEDGE EXAM. Click it and you will see the Number as seen in the picture to your left.
It could take 30-60min to appear.

Your TLSAE Completion Certificate/Receipt - Download the TLSAE certificate/receipt and take a picture (this is proof you took the drug and alcohol course)

-Scroll down on your TO DO list and click on “Certificate”
-Click "Download Certificate" (example pictured left) Then View Certificate.
When you click view certificate and it does not show, it is a setting on your computer. You can also view it by clicking this link and add the information in the bottom section.
WHAT TO BRING TO THE DMV

Step 5: Visit your local DMV.
When asked, "Did you to the DETS Course, "Yes." If they say they can’t find it, give them your DETS certificate/receipt.
When they ask, "Did you take the permit test/Class E Knowledge Exam?"
Say, "Yes." They will ask for your personal information to look you up. If they cannot find you, ask them to LOOK AT THE ORION SYTEM or ask for a supervisor and provide the IDEMIA #. *
*Please Note that you should be prepared to retake the Class E Knowledge Exam when you visit the DMV office, even if you passed the online exam. Note: Section 322.56(3)(b) and (e), Florida Statutes, provides that a customer who passes the Class E Knowledge Exam or Driving Skills Test through an authorized third-party administrator may be randomly selected for a no-fee mandatory re-test without prior notice.
Additionally, if the information that you provided while registering for the online exam does not exactly match the identification documents you provide at the DMV office you will need to contact me to have it updated. Note that means you will not be able to get it that day.
