Overview

VerifAI is Fluidfit’s smart content validation tool designed to eliminate time-consuming manual checks. Simply upload your flyers or design documents, provide your checklist, and let VerifAI automatically extract and validate content against your requirements.

Whether your checklist is a structured document or plain text, VerifAI ensures every item is checked accurately—saving time, reducing errors, and improving confidence in your final output.

How to Use VerifAI

Follow these simple steps to validate your content:

• Navigate to VerifAI
  Open the VerifAI tool from the Fluidfit platform.

• Create a VerifAI Flow
  Set up a new VerifAI Flow specifically for content validation.

• Upload Your Document
  Upload the flyer or document you want to validate. We support multiple page PDF documents at the moment. Clicking Continue runs the document extraction AI process that extracts all relevant product information including product images, text, logos, pricing etc. from the document and auto-categorizes the extracted content. 

• If the uploaded document contains multiple products like grocery store items, the extracted content will produce multiple rows, one row pertaining to each product.

• Review Extracted Content
  VerifAI intelligently extracts all relevant products and related information and presents it for quick review. 

You can click on each row to look at a detailed view of each extracted product.

Click on the Download icon to download the extracted information as a csv file. 

• Verification

VerifAI is also capable of running a set of validation checks on the retrieved product information. These validation checks can be passed to the AI as a list of prompts as questions, or by uploading a PDF document containing the list of checklist items. 

VerifAI currently can validate 

1. Presence of items in the uploaded document ( e.g. No peanut butter in the flyer )

2. All Product textual data ( e.g. Apples price is $2.99, Offer price of Bananas is $99cents and unit is pounds etc. )

3. Generic checks ( All prices should be in $ )

4. Brand and color information ( Coming soon )

5. Layout Validation ( Coming soon )

• Provide Your Checklist
  Upload or paste the checklist against which the content needs to be validated (document format or plain text).

• Run Validation
  Once the checklist is in place, VerifAI processes the extracted content and performs validation.

• Review Validation Results
  Click on individual results to view the corresponding highlighted content directly in the document viewer.

• Advanced Search & Filtering
  Quickly locate reports by validation status, rule, or reasoning with the new search experience.

• Download Results
  Download validated articles or reports for further use or record-keeping.
