Need to save a quick thought while building a flow? Sticky Notes let you add notes directly on the canvas, so ideas, reminders, and comments stay exactly where you need them.

Great for planning, feedback, prompts, or keeping context for later.

What You Can Do with Sticky Notes

With Sticky Notes, you can:

• Add notes anywhere on the canvas

• Write reminders or instructions

• Keep ideas linked to specific parts of your flow

• Move notes around the canvas

• Delete notes when no longer needed

• View all notes from one side panel

How to Add a Sticky Note

1. Click the Sticky Notes icon from the bottom toolbar

2. Choose a note style/color

3. Drag anywhere on the canvas

4. Click on placed sticky note

5. Start typing

Your note is added instantly.

Manage Notes

When you hover over a sticky note, quick actions appear:

• View Notes – opens the notes panel

• Delete – removes the note

You can also drag notes anywhere on the canvas.

Use View Notes to open the side panel and see all sticky notes in one place.
