Parents and students, please read the following info about concessions from their director and follow the link if interested:
"One thing we are offering this year to help concessions go faster is a meal preorder. All you have to do is send the link out to your parents and they can choose if they want to take advantage of this. It is cheaper than ordering each item at the window and we will have it ready form them immediately after ½ time. We unfortunately do not have a full concession stand on the away side so this will really help save time for the students."

This coming Friday, May 20, we are excited to bring back our annual block party! This event will be hosted at the stadium of Armuchee High School at 6:00 pm. Our boosters will provide hamburgers and hotdogs for band students and their families in grades 5-12.
We will also host a kickball tournament!!!

Rookie Camp: Monday - Thursday 3:30 - 5:00pm
students with less than two years of marching band experience are required to attend this camp
Color Guard Camp: Monday - Thursday 3:30 - 5:00pm
students who want to audition to be a member of the color guard are required to attend this camp
Percussion Camp: Tuesday - Friday 3:30 - 5:00pm
all percussion students who want to be a member of the marching band are required to attend this camp

Greetings! We need EVERYONE to sign up for concessions by this Friday, August 20. Remember, everyone who is planning to receive the discounted marching band fee rate must work at least three games. Please CLICK HERE to sign up for concessions.
There is a band booster COMPETITION MEETING this Tuesday at 6:30 PM in the high school band room. We will start planning the many details of our competition at this meeting. We need EVERYONE AVAILABLE to attend.
Marching band sectionals (small group practices) begin tomorrow! All sectionals occur after practice and will end at 7:00 PM.

Greetings! A packet containing VERY IMPORTANT information was sent home with your marching band student today! If they did not receive one, they do not have Mr. Bates for a class or they were absent today from my class. Links to the forms sent home today are listed below. Please contact Mr. Bates if you have any questions, thanks!
Our second annual raffle started today!!! Students must sell the 15 tickets contained in their envelope. Please fill out the white portion of the ticket, separate it, and return it with payment to Mr. Bates. Additional tickets can be requested by email.
Medical/Travel forms were sent home today. These must be filled out, signed, and returned by Monday. These are similar to the ones sent out last March, but some information has been updated and your information may have changed since then.
Parent Show Shirt orders are due next Friday (August 20). Order forms were included in the packet sent home today.

Our show shorts are being imprinted with specific text on them. We will be collecting them from each student in order to print on them. Please wash students' show shorts and return to Mr. Bates on or before Wednesday, August 11. Please return in a plastic bag with the marching member's name on the bag.
Parents can order show shirts matching their kids! Order forms are due on or before Friday, August 20. Order forms can be obtained from Mr. Bates and can be found here: (CLICK HERE FOR SHOW SHIRT ORDER FORM)

It's time to sign up for football concessions! Remember, you must choose at least 3 games in order to receive the discounted marching band rate.
We could use the help, so please sign up for more than 3 if you can! We can't wait to have a great year!!!

Thank you to those of you who attended the meeting last night! We are excited to get this marching season started! We are still in need of volunteers to supervise students during our two weeks of band camp and also need fruit donations for our two weeks of camp. Please use the links below to sign up to help!
