Welcome to CMS! I am the CMS Instructional Specialist. This is my 30th year in education and my 4th year at CMS. Before my current role as Instructional Specialist, I taught ELA in grades 6-8, worked as a special education teacher, and served as an interventionist. My job is to support students through MTSS and interventions as well as to support teachers with instruction.  Students may find me greeting them in the morning as they enter the building, co-teaching in the classroom, modeling for teachers, or working with them in small groups.
