Christmas
Christmas in my eyes is that special time to spend with family and friends. My family and I always go to a cabin and stay on Christmas. When we get to the cabin on the first day, we meet up with other family members to eat, and then go ice skating. After skating, we drive around and look at the Christmas lights. Later in the evening we go back to the cabin and watch movies and play games. The next day my grandparents cook Christmas dinner and we open presents. I enjoy getting to see each family member after a long time of not getting to. That is what Christmas is like for me.

I Love Christmas
I love Christmas because it is the time of the year when I can get to spend time with my family and friends, especially when they live so far away. Christmas is a time people show caring and giving and a time to show love and affection that we have for each other. At Christmas we feel joy while opening presents and enjoy watching movies together. I love every moment I share with my family and friends. I enjoy getting things that people need during the month of December. My family invites everyone in to share our special dinner.
Best Christmas
My best Christmas was from 2014 until 2020 because my Nan was still on Earth with me. My favorite part of Christmas day was going to see my family, especially my Nan. I would always beg my mom to leave early so we could be the first ones at Nan’s and dad’s house to open presents and eat yummy food. I would sometimes stay with Nan the night after Christmas. I would wake up to Nan’s wonderful breakfast. I am now happy to know my Nan will always be watching over me on Christmas and smiling when I get happy and excited. I love you Nan and I will miss you this Christmas.

Christmas Meaning
What does Christmas mean to me? Christmas means family and the birth of Jesus Christ. My family is important during Christmas because I get to spend time with my family, and what better time than the best part of the year? Every year for Christmas my aunts, uncles, and cousins come to Kentucky from Ohio. I cannot imagine spending this wonderful holiday without them.
Jesus is most important because it is a celebration of baby Jesus’s birth. Jesus Christ is our savior and the hope of a trouble free world. So what Christmas means to me is to remember Jesus Christ's birth and the love a family can show for each other.
Christmas Through My Eyes
Whenever you visit family or friends for the holidays, your mom might tell you to smile and say thank you even if you don’t like the present. Have you ever thought that the person giving you that gift didn’t get that many if any presents growing up!
Have you ever considered those less fortunate? While you are wondering how many presents or how big all your presents will be, some kids are wondering how they are going to get money to pay for food, water, and clothes.
So if I could grant one wish it would be for everyone to be able to have a warm bed, someone who cares about them, and for everyone to not have to wonder about basic human needs. That gives a whole new meaning to the simple words thank you. Make sure if you’re able to see family or friends this Christmas to give them a big hug and a massive thank you.

Thankful At Christmas
What I am thankful for at Christmas is not the gifts. I am thankful for my grandparents, parents, my brother, cousins, aunts, uncles and my dog. I am thankful for the food my mom, grandma, and aunts cook. While they are cooking, the rest of my family watch a football game. My brother loves to dress up the dog, which is always funny. What I am most thankful for is the love and being part of my family.
A Wish to the World
If I could grant a wish to the world, it would be for people to know what Christmas is truly about. Sometimes, people think Christmas is about presents and cookies, but it's not, Christmas is more than that.
When I was in kindergarten, my parents were telling me about Christmas because I didn’t fully understand the meaning behind the holliday. So my parents told me that Christmas is about the birth of the Lord. My dad said that in Bethlehem, an angel told Mary that she will be giving birth to the son of God. When he was getting ready to be born, Mary and Joseph had to go to a stable. There was a big shiny star from where Jesus was born. Herod the king told the three wise men to visit Jesus, so they went on a journey and went and saw Jesus. My dad said Christmas isn’t about presents, it's about Jesus.

Christmas Memory
One of my favorite Christmas memories is from when I was about 7 years old. This Christmas was back when I used to live in Arizona. I didn’t live near my mom’s side of the family, so they came out to see us. My nana, papaw and uncle all came. I got all kinds of presents for Christmas and everyone got some really good food. I remember me waiting by my mom's bedroom door for like 3 hours while she and my nana wrapped all of the presents they had gotten us the day before. I loved that year because my papaw would let me sit on the back of the couch and do his hair. I really wish I could relive this Christmas but I can’t.
If I Could Grant One Wish
If I could grant one wish to all of those soldiers fighting those fights on our behalf, it would be for world peace and to end all of the fighting. Furthermore, most families spend Christmas opening gifts in front of a Christmas tree, but not for these brave men and women. They're out there protecting our loved ones, but what if the war ended? What if the world was at peace?
Our soldiers deserve a wonderful Christmas, so help give one to them. Do all you can to contribute, such as settling personal disputes with whoever or whatever they are about, and make room in your heart to forgive and forget. Bring our soldiers home, and help to make this wish become true.

Favorite Christmas Experience
My favorite Christmas experience was when I was 9 years old and my daycare took us to the nursing home to give out presents to the elderly. The reason this is my favorite Christmas experience is because it showed me that not everyone gets christmas presents or just Christmas in general. The people down there were nice and kind and when you would give them their presents they would smile real big and just get tickled. I would love to do it again and just show them that people love them and care for them.
Christmas Wish
If I could grant one wish for Christmas it would be for all Americans to be united again. There are so many things that have divided the American people...politics, race, Covid 19 and more. I wish we could go back to before...before when people didn’t tell anyone who they voted for….before when covid 19 wasn’t around….before when we “loved thy neighbor”. I want equality, love, and peace. That’s my Christmas wish.

I Love Christmas
I love Christmas, Christmas is Jesus’ birthday. It is a time to eat and spend time with my family. I do not have a favorite Christmas because they all have been great. Some people think that Christmas is just about getting presents. But it is Christmas, a celebration of Jesus’ birthday and my family always remembers that. I watch a Christmas movie, drink hot chocolate, and eat popcorn. Christmas is my favorite holiday because I love playing in the snow and making snow cream. When my family opens presents we listen to country Christmas music and I love it! In the morning we wake to my mom making Santa pancakes, with a whipped cream beard, chocolate eyes, strawberry ears, with a whipped cream and strawberry hat. That’s why I love Christmas so much.
