Senior Camille Neri has spent the past four years at Flour Bluff High School building connections, leading organizations, and competing at a high level in athletics. Through her involvement across campus, she has made the most of her high school experience both in and out of the classroom.
“Probably my favorite part is the teachers being so interactive,” Neri said. “And tennis, [which is] my sport.”
A four-year varsity tennis player, Neri has dedicated much of her time to the court, helping lead her team to success. One of her proudest accomplishments came during this past season.
“This year we made it to state runner-up for team tennis in the fall,” Neri said. “And we’ve made districts almost every year.”
Beyond athletics, Neri has taken on leadership roles across multiple organizations. She serves as president of Business Professionals of America (BPA) and is also involved in Anchored For Life and National Honor Society.
Her time in these activities has allowed her to grow as a leader while building meaningful relationships with others.
“I’ve made a lot of new friends,” Neri said when reflecting on what makes Flour Bluff special to her.
In the classroom, Neri enjoys math and values the support she receives from her teachers, especially those who go the extra mile to help students succeed.
“Ms. Johnson has had a big impact on me,” Neri said. “She’s really helpful for anything you need.”
As she prepares to graduate, Camille Neri leaves behind a legacy of leadership, dedication, and commitment, both as a student and as an athlete.
